Since 1970 the mission of the Lake Forest Garden Club has been to create, stimulate and inspire an interest in gardening.
We accomplish this through our monthly meetings, informative guest speakers, plant and seed exchanges, workshops and field trips.
Our club have many different backgrounds and talents. Some are beginners, and others have a broader knowledge of gardening. We share our knowledge and love of gardening with each other.
The Lake Forest Garden Club is made up of women and men from the local Lake Forest area. Some of our members are seasoned gardeners and some are novice gardeners thirsty for more knowledge.
We meet on the third Friday of each month from September through June at 9:30 a.m. Meetings are held at the Lake Forest Beach and Tennis Club, 22921 Ridge Route Drive.
